No Plans to Bring Halo 5 to PC – Confirmed by Brian Jarrad

There are no plans to bring Halo 5 to PC, developer 343 Industries has confirmed it.

The game Halo 5 Guardians was included in the big Nvidia Leak, but the community director Brian Jarrad has wrote on Twitter that, there are no plans currently underway to bring Halo 5 to PC.

jarrad also said that they know there is some demand but there is no plans and nothing underway at this very moment and he went on to say that “Will never say never.”

One of the reasons for Halo 5 to show up in the Nvidia Leak could be because Halo 5 Forge mode is available on PC.

“Maybe this was for “H5:Forge” but I can confirm there are no plans to bring H5 to PC. We know there’s some demand for it, but as we’ve stated before, not in the cards as the studio is fully focused on Infinite and MCC. Will never say never, but nothing underway currently”

Previously, Halo 5 Forge released on PC back in 2016 as a free video game with full Forge map editor and multiplayer support for Custom Games. However, Halo 5’s campaign has never been released on PC, nor has the full matchmaking suite.

However, Halo Infinite is launching on PC alongside Xbox version this December.

Halo 5: Guardians is a 2015 FPS video game developed by 343 Industries and published by Microsoft Studios for the Xbox One.
